December 2024 Update

As the year draws to a close, we are reflecting on the journey of 2024. As we compare the real estate statistics of 2023 to 2024, we see promising trends and growth that fuel our optimism for 2025.  

The Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) reported a 3.8% increase in new listings across all counties in November 2024 compared to November 2023.

Pending sales also saw a significant jump, rising by 17.9%, while closed sales experienced a remarkable 24.7% increase year-over-year.

A rise in all three categories shows the market's resilience, particularly in the Puget Sound. Buyers and sellers appear to be adapting to current conditions.

A new year brings fresh opportunities and renewed energy. With continued momentum and a positive outlook. We are excited about the market opportunities ahead!
